Project Minimum
Our minimum project amount is $130 for window treatment orders and installation services. Repair services are exempt from this minimum.
Payment, Deposits & Financing
- Payment methods: Zelle, credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. Card processing fees may apply.
- Deposit: a deposit is required to begin production on custom orders. The deposit and remaining balance are outlined on your invoice.
- Financing: we do not currently offer financing or installment payment plans.
Warranty Coverage
Quality Blinds Solutions offers a one-year limited installation workmanship warranty. It covers installation-related issues, including:
- Loose or improperly secured mounting brackets resulting from installation errors
- Improperly installed tracks or mounting hardware
- Adjustments needed due to installation-related problems
- Other issues directly caused by installation workmanship
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Customer-caused damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Product defects, which are covered separately by manufacturer warranties
Plantation shutters: a five-year warranty applies when the manufacturer performs the measurements, subject to the applicable warranty terms. Other manufacturer warranties vary by product and manufacturer, and we’ll review the coverage for your specific products with your quote.
Referral Rewards
Know someone who needs window treatments? Our referral program offers rewards from $100 to $250, depending on the size and value of the project. Installing customer-supplied blinds and shades is $85 per window for 1–3 windows and $65 per window for 4 or more. Customer-supplied drapery is $120 per window for 1–2 windows and $90 per window for 3 or more.

A repair consultation and diagnosis is $25. Cordless loop repair is $65, and motor programming is $85–$125. Other repairs are quoted after the consultation.
