What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners and businesses throughout South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and parts of the Treasure Coast. See all areas we serve.
What window treatments do you offer?
We offer custom roller shades (light-filtering, solar/sunscreen, and blackout), zebra shades, plantation shutters, custom drapery, and motorized window treatments, plus professional installation and repairs. Explore our window treatments.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. In-home consultations and measurements for new window treatment orders are free. We bring samples so you can compare fabrics and styles in your own light, then provide a personalized quote. Repair visits start with a $25 consultation and diagnosis.
What brands do you work with?
We work with brands and suppliers including Somfy, A-OK, Dooya, RS Shutters, and Factory Blinds Direct. We’ll help you choose the right product for your windows and budget.
Do you speak Spanish?
Spanish-language assistance is available by phone for general questions and customer communication. In-person consultations and installations are conducted in English.
Pricing
How much do custom window treatments cost?
For a standard 36″ × 60″ window, manual roller shades start at $119, solar/sunscreen shades at $125, blackout roller shades at $135, and zebra shades at $215, with standard installation included. PVC plantation shutters start at $26.25 per sq. ft. Motorized shades, custom drapery, real wood shutters, and specialty shutters are custom quoted. Will you install blinds or drapery I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Installing customer-supplied blinds and shades is $85 per window for 1–3 windows and $65 per window for 4 or more. Customer-supplied drapery is $120 per window for 1–2 windows and $90 per window for 3 or more. Pricing may vary depending on ceiling height, mounting conditions, track requirements, and installation complexity. Learn about installation services.
How much do blind and shade repairs cost?
A repair consultation and diagnosis is $25. Cordless loop repair is $65, and motor programming is $85–$125. Other repairs start with the $25 consultation, followed by a custom quote based on the issue, parts, and work involved. See repair services.
Is there a minimum project amount?
Yes. Our minimum project amount is $130 for window treatment orders and installation services. Repair services are exempt from this minimum.
Products & Warranty
What types of plantation shutters do you offer?
PVC plantation shutters are our primary shutter offering, starting at $26.25 per sq. ft. They hold up well to South Florida humidity. We also offer real wood shutters on request, plus specialty shutters for arched windows, sliding glass doors, and other uniquely shaped openings. Learn more about plantation shutters.
Do you install motorized shades?
Yes. We install motorized window treatments and work with motor brands including Somfy and Dooya. Motorized projects are custom quoted based on the product, motor, and controls you choose. See motorized options.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a one-year limited installation workmanship warranty covering installation-related issues, such as loose or improperly secured brackets, improperly installed tracks or hardware, and adjustments needed because of installation problems. It does not cover customer-caused damage or misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or product defects, which are covered separately by manufacturer warranties.
For plantation shutters, a five-year warranty applies when the manufacturer performs the measurements, subject to the applicable warranty terms. Other manufacturer warranties vary by product and manufacturer.
Ordering, Payment & Referrals
How long does it take to get custom window treatments?
- Roller and zebra shades: about 7–14 business days
- Custom drapery: about 3 weeks
- Plantation shutters: varies by manufacturer and project
- Specialty and motorized products: confirmed during quoting
These are estimates, not guaranteed installation dates. We’ll confirm your timeline when you order.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to begin production on custom orders. The required deposit and remaining balance are outlined on your invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. Card processing fees may apply.
Do you offer financing?
We don’t currently offer financing or installment payment plans.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Our referral program offers rewards from $100 to $250, depending on the size and value of the project. Rewards are issued after the referred customer’s installation is complete and the remaining balance has been paid in full. Call (786) 566-9398 to send a referral.
