Commercial Window Treatments in South Florida
Commercial window treatments for South Florida offices, condos, multifamily properties, and new construction.
Quality Blinds Solutions supplies, installs, and services commercial window treatments across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We work with property managers, condo associations, builders, business owners, and design professionals on solar shades, roller shades, blinds, drapery, and motorized systems, from a single office suite to a full multifamily building.
Commercial Window Treatments We Install Across South Florida
Commercial window treatments in South Florida have to handle strong sun, heat gain through large glass, and humidity, often in buildings with their own rules about how windows look from outside. We help you choose products that fit the space, the budget, and the building.
- Solar and sunscreen shades: cut glare and heat while keeping the view, a common choice for offices and west-facing glass.
- Roller shades: clean, simple coverage for offices, conference rooms, and residential units, in light-filtering or blackout fabric.
- Zebra (dual) shades: adjustable light control for leasing offices, lobbies, and model units.
- Blinds: durable, easy-to-replace options for apartments and back-of-house spaces.
- Drapery and ceiling track: a finished look for lobbies, hospitality spaces, and model homes.
- Motorized systems: group control for large glass, high windows, and common areas.

Why South Florida Properties Work With Us
You need a window treatment partner who shows up when scheduled, keeps the job site clean, and is still around when something needs service. We measure, supply, install, and repair, so you have one contact from the first site visit through ongoing service.
- Motorization with remote, wall switch, app, and smart home control.
- Repair and service for motors, brackets, and mechanisms after the install. See blind and shade repair.

How Does a Commercial Window Treatment Project Work?
Every commercial project follows the same six steps, whether it is ten windows or a full building.
- Site visit and measure. We walk the property, measure each opening, and note access rules, mounting surfaces, and power for motorization.
- Spec and quote. You get a written quote by area or unit type, with product, fabric, and control options.
- Sample approval. You or your board review fabric samples on site before anything is ordered.
- Production. Products are made to your measurements. We confirm the delivery date and schedule the install.
- Scheduled install. Our crew installs on the agreed dates, works around tenants, and cleans up each day.
- Walkthrough. We test every shade, show your team how to use controls, and close out the punch list.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of commercial properties do you work with?
We work with offices, apartment and multifamily communities, condominium buildings, retail stores, restaurants, healthcare offices, and new construction projects. Projects range from a single office suite to every unit in a building. If your property is not on this list, call us. Most commercial spaces use the same core products: solar shades, roller shades, blinds, drapery, and motorized systems.
How long does a commercial window treatment project take?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, and fabric you choose. Custom and motorized products take longer to produce than standard blinds. We share a timeline with your written quote and schedule the install once products are confirmed, so you can plan around tenants, openings, or move-in dates.
Can you schedule installs around tenants?
Yes. We schedule installs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and coordinate dates with your property manager or building office so you can notify tenants ahead of time. Share your building access rules and preferred days when you request a quote, and we will plan the install schedule around them.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Many condo buildings, office towers, and property managers require a certificate of insurance before work starts. Send us your building or management company requirements, including any additional insured wording, and we will provide a COI before the install date so your access approval is not delayed.
